Ingredients
1 cup canned or fresh
no-salt-added pumpkin puree
1/2 cup whole cranberry
sauce
4 (8-inch) whole wheat or
regular flour tortillas,
lightly warmed
1 cup finely shredded
romaine lettuce
1/4 cup minced fresh chives
8 large fresh sage leaves,
thinly sliced
8 oz sliced natural
low-sodium oven-roasted
turkey deli meat
Cooking Directions
- Spread the pumpkin and
cranberry sauce over the
entire surface of each
tortilla. Sprinkle each
tortilla with lettuce,
chives, and sage
- Top with turkey and roll
up each filled tortilla.
Secure closed with
toothpicks, if needed. Slice
in half diagonally to serve.
