Autumn Roasted Turkey Wrap with Pumpkin Puree & Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup canned or fresh no-salt-added pumpkin puree
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
4 (8-inch) whole wheat or regular flour tortillas, lightly warmed
1 cup finely shredded romaine lettuce
1/4 cup minced fresh chives
8 large fresh sage leaves, thinly sliced
8 oz sliced natural low-sodium oven-roasted turkey deli meat

Cooking Directions

  1. Spread the pumpkin and cranberry sauce over the entire surface of each tortilla. Sprinkle each tortilla with lettuce, chives, and sage
  2. Top with turkey and roll up each filled tortilla. Secure closed with toothpicks, if needed. Slice in half diagonally to serve.
